Authorized Drivers must: (i) be 25 years of age or older; (ii) sign this Agreement; (iii) hold a current valid driver’s license to operate the Vehicle.

• Only the driver who has rented the vehicle is permitted to drive.
• Smoking in the vehicle is not tolerated.
• Driving a vehicle to another Province or Country is not permitted.

Any non-payment of fees or fines will bear interest at a rate of 18% per annum, or the maximum amount allowed by law, for any monies which remain owing after termination of the Rental Period.

The renter will be sent an address to return the vehicle and be met up with one of our representative.
